By participating in the raffle, you agree to the following contest rules:

These OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES govern the conduct of the raffle, hereinafter referred to as the Leonardo’s New Car Giveaway, and are binding on everyone who purchases a raffle ticket and/or who is named on a raffle ticket. Leonardo’s New Car Giveaway is a fundraising activity in support of Enid Arts & Sciences doing business as Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse and their mission of enriching and inspiring children of all ages by creating fun learning opportunities. It is made possible by Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota and AM 960 KGWA and 1031 KOFM. These official contest rules may not be waived, modified, or supplemented except by J. Baird, contest administrator, for the Leonardo’s Board of Directors, with the approval of Northcutt Chevrolet, Buick & Toyota and AM 960 KGWA and 1031 KOFM.

By participating in this raffle, all ticket purchasers and everyone named on a raffle ticket accept and agree (1) to be bound by all the rules, limitations, and restrictions set forth here, and (2) that their names and/or likenesses may be disclosed to and used by the news media and may otherwise be used by Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse, Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota, and/or AM 960 KGWA & 1031KOFM for publicity purposes in area newspapers or other media including other print venues, television, radio, and online, including the Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse, Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota, and AM 960 KGWA & 1031KOFM websites. The winner’s name may be obtained by sending a written request, plus a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Leonardo’s New Car Giveaway, P.O. Box 348, Enid OK 73702. Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse’s interpretation and application of the rules shall be final.

By participating in this raffle, each participant releases Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents, as well as Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota, and AM 960 KGWA and 1031 KOFM, and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and the winner agrees to indemnify and hold Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse, Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota, and AM 960 KGWA and 1031 KOFM and each of its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.

Tickets: The price per ticket is $10.00 and may be purchased at Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse (200 East Maple Avenue) or Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota (3201 W. Owen K. Garriott) and AM 960 KGWA and 1031 KOFM (1710 W. Willow, Suite 300) in Enid, Oklahoma. A maximum of 10,000 tickets will be sold. Each raffle ticket will be entered separately in the drawing and is a separate and equal chance to win. Any raffle ticket that is deemed in Leonardo’s discretion to be defective or illegible will not be honored. The IRS position is that amounts paid for chances in raffles, lotteries, or similar drawings for valuable prizes are not gifts and consequently do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions.

Tickets will be sold until noon on September 17, 2011. The prize drawing is open to the public, but the winner does not need to be present to win. No additional prizes will be awarded. Raffle tickets, including the winning ticket, have no cash value.

Eligibility: Raffle ticket purchasers and the person named on a raffle ticket must be at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase. A raffle ticket can be purchased in one name only. Raffle tickets may not be purchased in the name of a business, trust, corporation, or other entity or wherever prohibited by law. Raffle tickets may not be purchased in the name of members of the Board of Directors or employees of Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse, Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota, or AM 960 KGWA and 1031 KOFM (or persons residing in the same household as Board of Directors or employees of Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse, Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota, or AM 960 KGWA and 1031 KOFM). The prize winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility.

Refunds: All raffle ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made. Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, or for late, misdirected or non-delivered mail, fax messages, or any other failure to receive ticket purchases receipts prior to the drawing deadline. In no event shall Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse, Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota or AM 960 KGWA and 1031 KOFM or its respective directors, officers, employees, members, committee members, agents or representatives be liable to any party for any loss or injuries to earnings, profits or goodwill or for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages of any person or entity under any circumstances.

Drawing: The drawing for a $20,000.00 NEW car, or $20,000.00 credit toward any new Chevrolet Buick or Toyota only at Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota in Enid, Oklahoma, will be made on September 17, 2011 at approximately 12:15 p.m. in the Adventure Quest parking lot, at 201 East Maple Avenue in Enid, Oklahoma 73701.

Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse will make reasonable efforts to contact the person named on the winning raffle ticket (who does not have to be present to win) using only the information on the winning raffle ticket form. If, despite these efforts, the person named on the winning raffle ticket cannot be located by September 26, 2011, or if any such person is ineligible under these rules or applicable law, then that person will not be awarded the prize, and another ticket will be drawn. Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse will notify Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota of the verified winner by September 30, 2011.

Claiming the Prize: Photo identification will be required to claim the prize ticket. The holder of the winning raffle ticket (once verified) will be responsible for contacting Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota of Enid, Oklahoma, to complete the transaction under the following guidelines: The winning ticket holder is eligible a NEW car valued at up to $20,000.00 or $20,000.00 toward the purchase of any new Chevrolet Buick or Toyota of the winner’s choice ONLY at Northcutt Chevrolet Buick Toyota of Enid, Oklahoma. If the new car or truck selected is valued at less than $20,000.00, there is no cash back for the ticket holder. The winner is responsible for any and all related fees for tag, title, and taxes. The entire transaction must be completed by December 31, 2011, and the transaction is final.
